OUR HISTORY
Wall Innovators, Inc. was founded in 1982 in the state of Florida and began operations in 1983. Wall Innovators originally manufactured, marketed and distributed a proprietary full height relocatable wall system called "Series 225". The "Series 225" relocatable wall system was targeted to large organizations that require flexibility in terms of their ability to quickly and efficiently reconfigure their office environments, during times of both business expansion and contraction, in response to market conditions.

After spending its initial few years building a customer base for its proprietary product, Wall Innovators entered into a license agreement in 1985 with United States Gypsum (USG) to market, install and service USG's family of full height relocatable wall systems with the trade names of Ultrawall® and Donn® High Performance. This expanded and diversified product offering enabled Wall Innovators to approach a broader market segment when specific performance and price considerations were required.

In early 2003 Wall Innovators was presented with an opportunity to acquire certain physical assets and intellectual properties from USG. USG had chosen to divest itself of its relocatable wall business in order to focus on its core business. In September of 2003, Wall Innovators purchased these assets and intellectual properties and became the sole manufacturer and distributor of the High Performance, Clean Room and Marine Bulkhead Wall Systems.

In November 2003, Wall Innovators, Inc. joined with eight other companies to form Ultrawall, LLC to acquire the Ultrawall® and the Learning Wall^TM brand name from USG.

WHERE WE ARE TODAY

Led by a highly knowledgeable and experienced management team, we have grown to become a vertically integrated company that designs, markets, manufactures, installs and services relocatable wall systems and related components. Today our relocatable wall systems and related components are used in the corporate, health care, manufacturing, education, government, and other controlled environments.

Most of these systems and components are coordinated in design so that they may be used together. Wall Innovators' products are marketed through its sales team, its dealer network, independent sales representatives, and via the Web.

We attribute our phenomenal growth over the past few years to our longstanding mantra of always providing the highest level of service along with superior quality products to our customers. Based on our expanding product line and our excellent customer relationships, we foresee strong growth well into the future.
